ASHENDRI PICON is an actor, director, and writer. Recent NYC theater credits include IS ANYONE WATCHING THIS? (The Tank) and MILK TOWN: 1999. On screen, Ashendri can currently be seen in SLEEP THERAPY (Independent Short, NYC), POSHUN (Independent Short, Boston), and STAIRWELL (FearPix Original).
Recent directing credits include COMPENDIUM OF DEATH (Brooklyn Art Haus), SUNNY SIDE UP (New York Theater Summer Festival), and HALLOWEEN DATE (Barrow Group Theater).
Born in Sri Lanka, raised in Canada, and now living in NYC, Ashendri has a background in marketing books and magazine editing. Life outside of work includes long, meandering walks and reading to her cat, Abraham.

Ghostly Little Play is a holiday comedy, but also a nostalgia play, and also a play about grief.
The story centers around Clark and the ghost of his dead partner, Elaine, as the two embark on a Christmas-Carol-esque adventure through time.
Ashendri will be reading for Elaine.
