ASHENDRI PICON is an actor, director, and writer. Recent theater credits include IS ANYONE WATCHING THIS? (The Tank, NYC) and GHOSTLY LITTLE PLAY (The New Box Theater, NYC). Ashendri can currently be seen in SLEEP THERAPY (Independent Short, NYC), POSHUN (Independent Short), STAIRWELL (FearPix Original, streaming on Roku TV-Horror).

Recent directing credits include SUNNY SIDE UP (New York Theater Summer Festival), COMPENDIUM OF DEATH (Brooklyn Art Haus), and HALLOWEEN DATE (The Barrow Group, NYC).

Born in Sri Lanka, raised in Canada, and now living in NYC, Ashendri has a background in marketing books and magazine editing. Life outside of work includes long, meandering walks and reading to her cat, Abraham.

    Ghostly Little Play is a holiday comedy, but also a nostalgia play, and also a play about grief.
    The story centers around Clark and the ghost of his dead partner, Elaine, as the two embark on a Christmas-Carol-esque adventure through time.
    Ashendri will be reading for Elaine.
